Springing forward, the time change debate, from my perspective.

This will be a brief personal opinion post on this topic today. I believe that Daylight Time should be in effect year round, for those like me that struggle during the winter months with less sunlight and more darkness, it is difficult to say the least. Up here in Canada, winter remains very cold and long for the most part, so, why make it worse than it really needs to be?  It could still be years before the "higher ups" make a final decision either way regarding the various time zones of the world, at least here in North America there has been minimal talk at best about instituting NO annual time changes, but nothing more concrete has occurred as of yet to my knowledge.
